I was extrememly disappointed with deluxe alarms. First of all, the packages were very overpriced, especially for what you would get. Secondly, the service was horrible. When we wanted to cancel, they gave us the runaround and kept charging us even after we cancelled. Getting our money back was impossible, and they threatened to spoil our credit.

THEY WERE PRETTY KNOWLEDGABLE, HOWEVER, THEIR SELECTION WAS SOMEWHAT LIMITED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, FOR WHAT THEIR RESOURCES WERE. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED SOMETHING MORE UNIQUE. I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS, AS LONG AS THEY KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT.
