Garage Door Repair - Done Right, Fast and Priced Right
One of my side cables rusted out and finally snapped yesterday morning. It was a repair I was not prepared to do on my own, so off to Google I went to find someone local with a good reputation. I emailed two companies and received quotes from both within an hour. The Garage Door Depot was very competitively priced so I found some reviews on this site and decided to give them the job. A few emails later and we were booked for the next day. I was only available after 4:00 pm and that was not an issue for Greg. He arrived on time with a co-worker and a very friendly dog (Dodger). Dodger and my dog played in the front yard while Greg replaced both cables and adjusted the door. They lubricated the door hinges as well. Greg noticed that the door opener wasn't really installed that well and installed a support bracket which now is providing more support for the arm and door. Less stress on the motor, etc. This was not part of the job just something that Greg took upon himself to do. It didn't increase the cost of the job either. Friendly guys and a job well done. I *WILL* be recommending them to friends and neighbours and will not hesitate to call them again should I have issues with the door or door opener. Hire them.
