Mohsen and his crew were courtesy and efficient. During the cost estimate appointment, they patiently walked me through steps of wiring & installation, where the lights and switches go, etc. They were able to install over 30 potlights within a couple of hours. My only disappointment was that they couldn't get the lights to the overhang of the gable roof - it required more time & efforts to do so and I guess the company took the easy way out. One potlight burnt out after a few days, and they never came to replace. Other than that, overall they did a great job.

Andrew was very prompt to respond to our email inquiries. The blue spruce tree in our front yard was growing out of control so we replaced it with a flowering dogwood. Andrew was able to dig up and save the old tree (instead of chopping it down which would be the easy way), and planted the new one with absolutely no mess or damage to the surrounding landscaping. The post-job cleanup was immaculate. He arrived on time and delivered what he promised. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who needs tree services.

We would be the last people to give any negative feedback because we are pretty easygoing. But we are truly disappointed with the customer service we've been receiving. Let's set the record straight - vinyl fence is not maintenance-free, although that's what we were told when this company convinced our neighbours to put this type of fence in. Over time the ground shifts, and the fence does move as well. And due to its light weight, I noticed that vinyl fence actually shifted more drastically than wood! So far our fence where panels connect to the pillars became loose and fell apart multiple times. Avi attended to our first service call a few months after the fence was installed. After that, we were never able to get Avi and his crew back to fix the loose panels. My husband had reached out to him multiple times, and every response from Avi was in a few weeks when they came to the area. But it's been six months and Avi still hasn't showed up to fix our fence. We are not pleased with this type of customer service we are receiving.

Andrey at Lusso Glass has exceptional work ethics and is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He went out of his way to ensure we were entirely happy with the outcome. We were able to choose our own custom designs including wrought iron patterns, glass panels and even the color of the trims. His wrought iron products are made locally here in Canada, therefore he was able to control and deliver the quality he promised. We are extremely happy with how our front doors turn out and receive numerous compliments on the craftmanship. We highly recommend him!
