I spoke with Rick on the phone, told him what I needed done, and he was able to arrange for Jesse to do the work at a convenient time for me, a week later per my request. As I recently reduced the size of my deck, I needed my existing BBQ gas line shortened. Jesse was professional and courteous and had the line shortened and neatly affixed to the underside of the new deck and replaced the valve in about an hour.
