Called to order new seal for lower freezer unit on refrigerator and was going to process for $200 as quoted. Quick fix and could do myself. Last minute, thought would have a service call to check it out. Was other issue, Alex cleared all the ice out and the lines + installed heat transfer link so will not happen in future. Then told me I could replace the seal as was split but really not necessary. Summing up, he came only hours after making request and was professional, worked clean and fixed the problem! I highly recommend Unimaster in Langley and would call them back in a heartbeat. Pleased to know they also are gas techs and can work on our furnace/stove if need to. Awesome to deal with.

Awesome and refreshing retail experience. High quality product for great prices ... staff was most helpful guiding our decision on our furniture purchase. After a couple of weeks we noticed some issues on the fabrication of our leather sofa set which was a little in the grey zone ... we anticipated some resistance when returning to the store with our concerns. Lori totally stepped up and ordered a replacement set for us. Our new set was just switched out now and I must mention that Vince and his assistant were totally professional in how they moved the new set up the elevator and into our condo. I can be a little over the top with my expectations; I never said a word and was very impressed with the care they took handling our set. We highly recommend ScanDesigns if you are in the market for stylish, up to date and high quality furniture. This location is exceptional. The staff are very professional. The product really sells itself. Would never consider going anywhere else when we are in the market for additional furnishings. Thank you Lori!
