Showed up on time. Worked quickly and efficiently, no mess. Determined that the wall switch was defective and was replaced. He also took the time to clean the glass & other parts which had not been services in almost 10 years. Very satisfied.

Had them finish our basement starting in November 2009. They finished the job in late February. The workmanship is no better than average; walls that are not completely straight, no corners are even close to 90deg. There were several issues that I had to have them come back for, some of which were not handled satisfactorily, and a few I had to fix myself. After their last visit, sometime mid-March, they left their "key box" on my front door. Since then I've e-mailed them every few weeks asking them to remove it. They've always came back with some excuse why it was still there and would be taking care of it soon. It is now mid-July, the box is still there and my e-mails are now going unanswered. I have no idea how they managed to get all the rave reviews I read here.

I first had G-force come a few months ago to replace a seized furnace blower motor. While he was here, I mentioned that the furnace kept "cycling" on and off while bringing the temperature up by a couple of degrees and that 3 different technicians had told me it was normal. He took a few minutes to simply increase the fan speed and...problem solved! I then had him back last week to clean the furnace. Again, he was much more thorough than anyone else who'd been here. He took the time to remove the blower assembly and got deep into the furnace to clean everything, including all the hoses, the fan, and whatever else is in there. Finally, just before he left, I asked him how much gas a fireplace pilot light used. When I told him mine was off, he explained there are several reasons why it is better left on and then when ahead and lit it for me, no charge. I highly recommend G-force

Milorad re-tiled our master bath a few months ago. When he first came to give us an estimate, unlike others, he asked what we had in mind, took lots of measurements, made a few suggestions and then gave us his estimate. The workmanship is excellent. He is very diligent, working about 10 hours a day for 6 days straight. He cleaned-up every night before leaving and never dirtied the rest of the house. He recently gave me a follow-up call and I asked him if he had any grout left from our job that he could give me because a small crack had developed between the floor and the tub surround (something I expected because of the floor movement, entirely beyond his control). He insisted on coming by, on a Saturday, to correct the issue himself, and at no charge! I almost wish we had more tile work to do just so I could give him more work. We were very impressed.

Had them come to install a central humidifier last fall. Installer put a hole in the A/C coil while trying to cut thru the duct. He also broke the handle for the humidifier damper. Told me someone would be back in the spring to replace the coil. I called last spring to make an appointment. Seems they had no record of this, but agreed to come. They did replace the A/C coil at no charge, however, their installer did not repair the humidifier damper but instead rigged a flap in the duct which I need to screw/unscrew every season. To make matters worse, in mid-October I made an appointment for a furnace cleaning in the evening (Nov 21). They called 2 days before the date to say they couldn't make it and could not give me another appointment until sometime in January. Even though I had prepaid for this service, I was dissatisfied enough to tell them I would go with someone else.

They have a huge selection of manufacturers & models, from affordable to extravagant. Staff is knowledgeable and helpfull. If the huge box the BBQ comes in won't fit in your car (and it won't in most cases), the guys at the loading dock will unpack it for you so that you have several smaller pieces.

Contractor came recommended by Unilock. Crew did a very good job and only one minor issue needs to be resolved. Now, here's the problem: After several phone calls & e-mail, I can't get a response from them as to when (or if) they'll come back to fix their work. Overall, I'd rate the workmanship as very good, but follow-up service as poor.

Chosen because they advertised "99% dust free" work, and they delivered. Also did a very nice job of refinishing the floors. All their people were professional and courtious. The only issue is that I was told the "quarter round" did not need to be removed and there would only be minimal damage to it. I was rather sceptical & with good reason. The quarter round around the entire perimiter of the room needs refinishing. It is not a big issue for us since we were planning to paint anyway. Overall, we were quite satisfied with the work.
