Let me begin by saying I have not had great experiences with contractors. Frank is the exception :) Provided a detailed explanation of the work to be performed, showed up on time, left the area clean (big bonus points), work done was exact. The work initially contracted for changed during the job and Frank reduced his fee accordingly! Great experience all round!
