Inspection of eaves trough and down spouts.
They were to inspect the eaves troughs as some of the units have water coming down between the roof and the eaves troughs. I gave them a list of the unit that needed remediation. They cleaned out the eaves troughs but did not do anything towards these problem units. So while the eaves trough has now been accessed and cleaned out I still have the original problem which was to access these 17 units.

Hi There, you asked us to clean the eavestroughs. We did exactly that. We never were asked to repair them. We have never repaired gutters. It's even clearly stated on our website.
