Certapro is AWESOME. Their customer service is spectacular and their commitment to customer satisfaction is amazing. I had picked out a Benjamin Moore colour for the complete first floor of my home and, unfortunately, the company they bought their paint from matched it incorrectly, and this wasn’t obvious until the whole floor was complete. Certapro stood by their service and did a COMPLETE repaint!! They also sent one of their top painters (Emil) to make sure the job was done to a very high quality. I was so appreciative of their above-and-beyond fix I hired them again 6 months later to paint my exterior. One recommendation if you are particular (which I am): ask to have one of their full-Time painters do you work and not a subcontractor. Their permanent staff are AMAZING.

Mark and his team were great at keeping in touch and proactively keeping me updated on my project! We tried to get the project done within a tight timeline and, unfortunately, the rain beat us out! But I appreciated so much the level of communication from Mark, as well as the priority on quality and really building the fence the way I envisioned it. It’s BEAUTIFUL, and the most beautiful one I’ve seen in the neighbourhood (in my very biased opinion). Thanks Empire!

I needed eaves troughs for my home - this company offered me the best quote, walked me through multiple options for my eaves troughs, and picked the PERFECT colour to aesthetically match my home! Andrew was extremely pleasant, honest, and was happy to demonstrate to me options to save me money. He even had the service done two days after we talked! I was very satisfied with this service.
