I have asked for the quote on Laundry room renovation and was very specific in my request that I would need to finance this project as it is costly. They have contacted me several times and we have conected to schedule an appointment. When originally spoke on the phone we have been told that someone will come out take a llok at the project and get back to us with detailed quote. Elliot came to our house and honestly I have to say he was amaizing when we talked and my son loved him. I was hopefull that this projects would go well. He looked at the project and right of the bet he said this will cost me aproximately 19k . Looked at the porch and said this 12k. I was surrpised that he could of say prices right of the bet but I guess that is years of experiance. When i have asked if they have any finacing availiabe like SNAP or something else he responded that they have something in the house and some other company I didn't catch the name. And he mentioned "Honestly I tell people if you have no funds don't do any projects". That was slap in my face. I felt so humilated. I have emailed them after words if they can provide me quote and haven't heard from them ever since. I guess bad for me since I don't have 31k cash around. I wish you guys all the best but for sure I won't be proceeding with you. I am also sure that they did amaizing job elswhere but ....

I was looking for a custom closet for my daughter's room and requested a quote. Yair contacted me once and I haven't heard back from him for a month. I tried again and no response. Unfortunately will be proceeding with some other company that my business matter more. Unprofessional approach , unresponsive ....I understand that my job might not be big but at least let me know that you are not interested. I believe that this is a great company however one individual makes a huge difference

I found Allan on HomeStar based on reviews. From the first phone call till the job was done I couldn't have ask for more. Unbelievable service,professionalism and dedication. He came in to measure the window which was challenging to do since it is a bow window. His knowledge and passion of what he does is amazing. He explained everything to me and gave me suggestions what would be his approach. I was the person that knew nothing about the shutters before this project. Quality of shutters is amazing. We decided to go with wood and I do not regret. All the dead lines were meet. Thank you Allan and Barry for the job well done and I am looking forward for more projects in the future. We dealt Mike 2 times and didn't have any issue. Mike is very professional correct and very knowleadgable person. Every inch off the hause was inspected and report written in details.
