Igor Popov and his crew are fabulous. Igor was patient and careful in the way he explained the features of the windows we should consider. The design of the windows is elegant and uncluttered. Igor worked with us to ensure the custom bay window could be manufactured and installed as it was very unusual. All windows were delivered on time (three separate purchases) and installed in one or two days as promised. Igor always ensures the quality of work is up to his high standards and his team really likes working with him, and it shows. They clean up thoroughly after every install. We hired Sosna to do a complete master washroom renovation. We are very happy with the finished washroom. The work was completed ahead of schedule and was very professionally done. We are very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and the entire team including the designer Olga and the subcontractors. Everyone always showed up for work and cleaned up daily and at the end of the job. They discussed any issues with us as they arose, and all were resolved. After completion we reviewed the small list of deficiencies and these were fixed quickly and thoroughly. Special thanks to team leader Oleg who was terrific.
