We couldn't have been more please with Rick and the job he did for us installing a backsplash in our daughter's condo. He is professional, efficient, reliable and personable. It's clear he cares about his workmanship and client satisfaction. We had some concerns about a few things and he reassured us and had some great suggestions. This is the second time we have hired Open Concept Renovation and can't say enough about them.
