From start to finish, the experience we had with TRW was very satisfactory: problem-free, efficient, pleasant. Matt (one of the owners) who we met at the beginning was very open; he responded to all our questions and concerns clearly and promptly. He inspired confidence and trust. And now that it's all done, we can honestly say that our feeling was right. The team of workers, who were here for 4 long days, were very hard-working, respectful of our property, and also the neighbour's, as they did their work, and were very pleasant. They did a great job on the roof and also did a great clean-up after. Communication with the office staff was also pleasant, helpful and prompt.We highly recommend Total Roof Works
