I don't normally take the time to write reviews; but, David is a credit to his profession so I just had to! I agree with all the great things the other reviewers said: David is very detailed, inspects the common areas (roof, boiler room, parking. storage locker) as well as the suite very thoroughly. He takes pictures, gives a quick detailed report shortly after the visit, and answers any/all of your questions along the way. In this case, David went above and beyond to call the strata on our behalf in order to ask/properly word a question I don't have experience with. Plus he spent an extra 30-40 minutes with us beyond the inspection re-reviewing some engineering reports. Thank you for your time and pleasant attitude! I'll be using you again and again (err, well hopefully not that often as I don't relish the thought of moving that much any more) and will definitely refer you to any friends, family and colleagues who need home inspection services.
