I contracted with decandent kitchens to replace 9 windows and one french door, from a showroom visit . We placed the order in early May '10 for install by end of June '10. After several calls, promises etc, we resorted to small claims court in November '10. We won the case, however the company changed it's name. We paid 50% down $4,697. as required in the contract. We are out the deposit, and no windows. Rethink any idea of using this company. Owner, operator is a good talker, that that is the limit of the service.
