My experience with Mike from Moe’s was great! He was honest, trustworthy and affordable. I appreciated him answering all my questions at each stage of the repair process. I can feel quite vulnerable to being taken advantage of by repair professionals; I’ve heard so many stories! From my experience with Mike fixing my washer at such an affordable rate, I feel secure knowing I’ll be in good hands if any of my other appliance’s breakdown. No one wants to need a repairman but, if I do, it’s nice to know I have someone to call. For me, half the stress of a repair is finding someone qualified who isn’t also gouging. Mike’s that guy! He was also fully respectful of Covid protocols (wore a mask) & left his shoes at the door.

There was an issue with the leaf guard re-install that was ultimately resolved to my satisfaction.

My house needed some tuck pointing and an old dryer vent removed/re-bricked. Greg, the owner quoted the job and his son and a helper did it. As each area was completed, I wish invited to check for any omissions which were happily filled. My experience of the entire team was one of commitment to quality and all had great, positive attitudes! I'm very happy with the work and it was a pleasure working with them. Happy to recommend them!
