Our small subdivision back split desperately needed a revamp of the front entryway, as well as a replacement for the wood deck I already removed. We wanted something clean and simple in both areas. The difference out front is remarkable and the curb appeal of the place has been elevated dramatically. The back patio is fabulous and it’s great to sit out there again with my breakfast and my dog, to have somewhere to have guests gather. I’m not a pro at all but the work looks slick and carefully lain. Again, not a pro, but seeing how they prepped the areas I’m convinced this will all last a really, really long time.

I searched online, since COVID prevented visiting *any* store at this time. I found appliance prices are identical from store to store, for identical items. Canadian Appliance Source, however, stood out. They were the only one who could deliver the range we wanted in as little as 2 days for a premium fee. We opted to wait a couple more days to get the FREE delivery and setup and there was an offer for FREE removal of our old appliance. Most other locations charged $80-100 for delivery, and $20-50 removal fee. The delivery service was excellent. The guys were very careful, courteous. This was an excellent experience from start to finish.

It was great to see a crew working on my home who really seemed to know what they were doing. Interesting to watch as they came across the usual issues that arise with any install; they stopped, talked between them, and came up with a solution. Great team work. Kevin always took the time I needed to have him answer what were often stupid questions. So far, the equipment recommended by him is beyond my expectations.

When my water heater (electric) sprung a leak, I shut things down, removed the old one and got to work installing the new. I’d already replaced it once with no issues. However, aging, corroded pipes put me in a jackpot and I decided to call. Tyler worked his butt off to move jobs around and get Mike out to our place within a couple of hours. Mike did a beautiful job, even adding 45-degree corners to replace the tight 90-degree bends that can cause issues. Now, a short time after him leaving I looked over the job; it was leaking! The guys returned and had things fixed up in no time. I’m totally satisfied with the job, even with the mistake. They were crushing jobs together and rushing to get mine done quickly and anyone can make a mistake, especially under those conditions. More importantly, it was quickly and completely repaired, with ample apologies from both of the guys. In total, the finished installation now has better pipe routing, which I believe will make the install more durable and longer lasting. Great work guys!

It started with the estimate; 5 companies, all within a couple hundred dollars of each other. 4 of the companies scratched a bottom line amount on paper or a business card after a quick look from the street. But Chris from DLC was the only estimator who took a ladder off his truck and climbed onto the roof. The line-by-line estimate showed me exactly what we'd be getting and how much it would cost. There were measurements, calculations of all the costs and that's exactly what we paid. Chris figured our attic was under-ventilated and added a couple of vents to the list, which I quite agreed with. They replaced some plywood that was rotting as well. The crew who did the work was efficient, clean as a whistle and careful. Their years with the company showed and everything was done with precision and care. So far a couple of powerful rains have pummeled the new roof, with no leaks and no lifting from the high winds. Roofing companies get a bad rap, often with good reason. But the DLC gang does not fit the mold. I'd send any friend a recommendation to use this company.
