I was very very happy with the free writen estimate that was provided. They came out when I was available and looked at what was leaking in our basement(Un like others).The Estimater was a WOMAN which suprised me, she was very informative and explained every thing in detail. The service guy was on time and very courtious to me and my house. I would recommend Jagg Enterprizes to friends and family who may have a basement leak and will call them again if I need them.
