I filled in the tree pruning cost estimate request online. Within a few hours I received a notification that they will have Scott to check out the tree and provide me with the cost estimate. The price was reasonable and was told that they can conduct the work within 2 weeks. I received notification from Scott 3 days prior to conducting the work. I mentioned to Scott about inputs from my neighbour and he was open to discuss with my neighbour prior to conducting the work. Overall I am happy with the job that Monkey Tree did for me and the communication from Scott throughout the entire process.

I contacted Malcolm for some roofing and soffit repair work. He was quick to respond to my request. He spent about 30 minutes walking through the property with me. When he determined that most of the work is related to soffit/siding replacement and not rooting (which is his specialty), he recommended that I'd be better off by hiring a company that specialized in siding replacement. While he was on site, he also pointed out some exterior deficiencies and provided improvement suggestions. While we didn't use his service this time, we would definitely hire him when we need to have our roof repaired in the future.
