I must say that this has so far been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I brought my pump in for repair with a slight leak and was told it would take a couple of days. A few days later we get a phone call saying the repair was $140 for replacement of the mechanical seal, impeller and labor. Later they call and ask me to describe my pump because they have lost it and they have 2, one can be repaired the other cannot. They found mine (the repairable one) and someone would call me tomorrow. 3 days later I called, not hearing from them and they said it would be back the following day. I get it back finally on the Thurs. before the August long weekend and install after having drained, cleaned and refilled the spa. It started up and was noisy but it seemed to quiet down after a couple of minutes of running. I woke up the next morning and found my pump completely dead. I called the Pickering store and they referred me back to the Oshawa store. There service department told me the person who fixed my pump was not in and would not be back until the Tuesday after the long weekend and noone else could help me. I called Tuesday and he was still not in, someone would call me. No calls, called on Wed. and they said PIckering would call after I had asked to speak to a manager. They now tell me they will give me a $140 credit towards a new pump. No apologies at all! After they completely ruined my pump. I am currently seeking legal advice.

It appears as though this incident occurred in 2007. although it is now 2014 we take all reviews very serious regardless of the date that it occurred.
