Denis & team were respectful & professional. We're quite pleased with the service - our skylight is replaced & looks great. No more leaks! Additionally, we recently used Skylights Unlimited again for a different skylight repair and enjoyed the same professionalism, attention to detail and quality service. The previous owner cut many corners and had installed cheap windows throughout the house - however Skylight Unlimited's new ones look fantastic and are guaranteed. An excellent investment in our home.

Adi was kind and professional - he came out promptly to install my bbq gas line. His knowledge of safety and industry standards was particularly appreciated. I also got several quotes from other suppliers and he was least expensive. Highly recommend

Customers for 3+ years but when we moved they forced us to buy out the smoke detectors for $400, despite our desire to continue our service plan at our new house. They threatened to call credit agency if I didn't pay it. Apparently in fine print somewhere it says you must contact them 2 weeks after moving - even though when I phoned to advise them of our move, they said nothing of the sort. I asked the lady: "you'd rather lose me as a customer & charge me $400, than transfer our account to the new house and keep me as a customer?" She said "I dont make the rules". So in the end I own 3 Nest Smoke Detectors that I paid $400 for, plus 4+ years of monthly payments. Never again.
