The roof hospital came out to investigate a leak which I had suspected originated by the chimney. They discovered that the leak was due to a faulty seal on the chimney itself rather than at the roof joint. They seeled this junction successfully. A second job was to secure the rubber roof tiles that had lifted due to extreme winds. The workman came out at the appointment time and did a very thorough inspection.and nailing of each individual rubber shingle. To this time I have not seen any lifting nor have any of these heavy rubber shingles come loose. I am very happy with the work done.
