Their quality of service and workmanship was truly above and beyond.Special kudos to Juliano, Robert, Roberto and Gerrard who did their best to make our basement build a pleasant experience! From the beginning, Penguin Basements was more than accommodating with our schedules and availability.During our initial consultation, Gerrard took his time to explain the Penguin Basements process and the top quality materials used in the construction of their basements. He also provided us with an awesome design!Robert was more than helpful during our decor selections as well as a great help to our basement cleanup even before the build had begun! He also provided us with a wonderful bar design!Juliano was always on point as our Project Manager! He was consistently available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. We received updates in a timely manner and various follow-up during the different stages of our build. Even down to last minute, Juliano was able to fit in any spur of the moment changes or adjustments. In combination with Roberto, they were both there to the very end of the build ensuring that every loose end was tied up and that we were left completely happy with the workmanship and completion of our basement.Outside of their professionalism, the staff at Penguin Basements actually took the time to build a good rapport with us. Friendly conversations that didn't even involve the project were much appreciated. This gave us an added sense of comfort in knowing that we weren't just another job to make a quick buck. They actually took the time to get to know us and our own personalities.We also appreciate the trades people that spent their time working on our basement. Every single one of them was very friendly, polite and professional with a great sense of humour!Overall, we are proud to say that our basement was built by Penguin Basements!
