We wanted to convert our wood burning firepalce to gas. Shawn was great in helping us choose the insert we have been looking for. He was very helpful and knowledgable and we enjoyed working with him. There were some minor issues with the fireplace after installation and Shawn immediatly sent a serviceman for repair and since then we have been very happy with the product. thank you Shawn

I got many quotes for the removal of a large dead tree in our yard. The price ranged from 1,200 to 2,000. GTA offered to remove the tree for $700. They were fast and efficient. After they left I noticed that they hit the wall and damaged it. I called them and reported it. It was $200 to repair the stucco. The owner said he will remove two tree stumps that we had in our yard for free and we can arrange for fixing the wall ourselves. It was fair. They are resposnible and I recommend them

Windows are super drafty and came with many broken parts. Mike and Alex dismissed any responsibility and said I have to follow up with Window city (manufacturer). My new windows are much worst than my 25 year old windows. Do not waste your money with them

Our brand new slider windows are so drafty that when you put your hand beside it there is lots of air leak!! I have paper towels all around it to make it better. I called them and they sent a technician to install weather strip. He said it is a cold and windy day and that is why there is air Leak and windows are not submarines and he has seen worst!!! (how comforting) The office promised me to install better weather stripping on them but they were waiting for a shipment from Europe (sounds like a made up story). I have been waiting since April. I think I will pursue something from small claim court. Do not buy product from them. You will not get what you deserve for your money from this company. The dealer was Canak window and they accepted no responsibity what so ever and said they are efficient and in new homes the dealers install much worst..
