We can’t say enough good things about this company. They installed our furnace & AC five years ago and we have never had any issues. We notice how much lower our gas and electric bills are and how much quieter the new furnace is. It’s really nice to talk to the owner, Richard directly and to see the same friendly, polite technician every year for cleaning. Also very nice to see that they observe strict covid safety protocols. We are so glad we chose Victorious Carpet! Mourad and Mark were a pleasure to deal with, friendly, polite, punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. There is a world of difference in the quality of this installation compared to our previous one. The pie shaped steps and landing were done beautifully, our old runner was cut at weird angles and did not look professional at all. This looks sharp! The wool blend carpet is an excellent quality! We could not be more pleased and would not hesitate to give them the highest recommendation. Thanks so much!

Lifestyle Home Products replaced our windows, door and garage door a few years ago and the results were beautiful! We have had so many compliments on the changes we made. We were having a bit of a problem with the patio door and Anna and Bobby went above and beyond to help me, even though it turned out the door was not their product and they were under no obligation to fix it. They sent out a technician who replaced the broken rollers at no cost to me. Gary was friendly, polite and my door now opens smoothly! I have truly never experienced such excellent customer service and I absolutely recommend this company and hope to do business with them again in the future. Thank you Anna, Mark and Gary!

Veli is polite, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He came out multiple times to give advice/estimates to myself and two neighbours who had cement work and driveways done with Canturk. We are beyond pleased with the pavers he suggested. We were surprised by how thick and what good quality they were. The finished patio and pathway are beautiful and even nicer than we could have imagined. Veli very kindly dug 3 holes for us to plant trees and also dug out a garden in our yard at no extra cost. They left our property spotless and laid down sod over the area the equipment had to drive over to get to our back yard. They put triple mix and grass seed around the edges of the patio and even brought in triple mix for my newly dug back garden and topped up my front garden on either side of the path they installed. They really went above and beyond! A really great family based company. Thank you very much Veli, Gloria and the rest of the Canturk team! I will happily recommend you to my friends and neighbours!

We are very pleased with the furnace and AC purchased from Richard a couple years ago. The furnace is virtually silent and does not wake me up when it turns on like the old one used to. We have noticed the savings on both our gas and hydro bills. It is always nice to see Erik when he comes out to do the annual service call. He is very polite, friendly, professional and our dogs love him! I very highly recommend CoreTemp to all my friends!

We are extremely pleased with Tom’s work. Within a few days of calling him the job was complete! Honest, efficient, tidy and skillful, a contractor you can trust! In addition to installing a new water tank, Tom moved our dryer vent, repaired a leaking shut off valve and best of all I finally have my dream dog bath in the garage with warm water. It even drains into our basement laundry tub. No more carrying 56 lb of muddy dog up the stairs to the bath tub. Thank you Tom and Dennis for quality work! We will be sure to recommend you to all our friends, especially those with large dogs!

Louis promptly came out for an estimate, was readily available in his showroom to help us with our choices and was always friendly and very helpful. I am so glad we took his advice and went for the black railings, they are absolutely stunning and we just love them! Everyone in the neighbourhood compliments them it has really increased the curb appeal of our home. We wanted a gate, something not all the companies I contacted for quotes were willing to do, so our dog can enjoy the porch. I was pleased to find that Julian balanced it so it is self closing and I no longer have to worry if Flynn sneaks out when someone opens the door because the gate is always closed! Julian did a very professional job with the installation and cleaned everything up beautifully when he was finished. He was very careful of my garden and did not damage a single flower. I could not be happier with the result and I highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

We had several estimates from top rated companies on Homestars and Richard was the obvious choice. He is professional, courteous, intelligent, extremely knowledgeable and happy to explain everything and answer any questions we had. He was not the least bit pushy and was happy to give us a quote over the phone along with a friendly offer to come out and talk to us if we'd like. I think we called him three times with questions before we had him come out to meet us and he never seemed bothered by it at all. He was there personally with his team to install it and it was done in half a day. They were very friendly, even to our wild puppy, and so clean you would never have known we had had work done in the house. I truly cannot recommend them enough and I am just thrilled with my new furnace and how quiet it is! Thank you very much! Polite and friendly from the first conversation with Stanley to an email follow up from Dave checking to make sure everything went well. They were on time, efficient, informative and very clean. I had been dreading the whole process thinking it would be a huge mess. I was wrong and should have done it years ago. I used to see dust on my tables hours after cleaning them. It has been 3 days since they cleaned the ducts and almost no dust is visible yet. My allergies and asthma thank you! Jennifer in Brampton (not Kitchener...not sure how to fix that)
