This fraudulent company charged me $300 to repair a Samsung electric dryer. After trying twice to repair the unit unsuccessfully and spending a month stringing me along allegedly waiting for parts, they refused to refund my money because of the time they had spent "trying" to repair the unit. This company misrepresents itself as a multiple location entity, but in fact it is an answering service that goes to Sam the technician. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. Do your friends a favour and pass the word on about this fraudulent business operator.
