I recently tried to start my furnace because it was that time of year again, and with my luck it would not stay on. A colleague of mine had recommended True Home Comfort to me, so i gave them a call. I called, and was happy to have someone pick up the phone on my first try. I had reached Jason and asked him if i could get someone to come by to look at my furnace. He actually managed to stop by within the hour because he was in the area. When he arrived i had told him that i was surprised to have someone show up so quickly. Jason then told me that he and his partner Chris make an effort to respond to "their" customers quickly. It was refreshing to know that i reached the owner of the company and he came by very soon after speaking. My furnace was up and running before i knew it and it turned out to be an easy fix, i felt very comfortable with Jason and trusted him with his help.
