As my own general contractor on a budget I was very selective about what subcontractors I allowed to do our kitchen gut and renovation. I am also a little paranoid about mistakes and substandard work. We wanted a quartz counter and quality deep stainless sink. Almost went with a company up the street who promised a package - Caesarstone quartz counter, 8 in. double stainless sink and quality faucet for $2,600.00 but when it came time to place the order they raised the price, excluded the sink and extended the delivery date throwing out our schedule. I broke off the deal and asked a friend who recommended BMG. Agostino was very helpful explaining our options. He told my wife that they are a large volume dealer in genuine Caesarstone, our first choice. He also offered a couple of helpful hints that we did not consider before. Good advice. His package deal included an even better stainless double sink. Yes, it was a few hundred more but he inspired our confidence. BMG were still nearly five hundred less than their next closest competitor. "Eddy", came promptly and measured. His experience and professionalism showed. To our delight, the counter top was delivered about a week earlier than the target date. the 3 man installation crew were completely professional, neat, polite and efficient. Adjustments necessary because of our unlevel builder's walls were done to perfection. there is one seam but it is such a good match and tight fit taht it is nearly invisible. The Caesarstone stamp is on the stone's bottom. No substitutions. I checked. There is no imperfection, crack or chip anywhere. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone, even close family. I have already recommended them twice. One word of caution, though. The friend who first recommended BMG to me did not get the same installation crew. They were serviced in their downtown condo by a crew led by "Eva". On delivery they broke the counter top, replaced it, broke it a second time, replaced it again, then installed the counter on the third try. There are imperfections and some sloppy work. So specify that "Eva's" crew do not install your counter and you will do fine.
