An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Although it wasn't the biggest construction project ever, our recent bathroom renovation turned into a bit of a nightmare when a few of the trades either showed up late, didn't show up at all, or conducted poor worksmanship. Luckily, we chose our painters well based on recommendations from friends of the family. They only used the finest paint products that will not harm us or our children (Ben Moore) but they even left the job site neater than how they found it. Being in the industry myself I can totally appreciate what the trades go through and how finding good trades is a rarity. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to any of my clients or colleagues in the construction business. Sincerely, Steve in Richmond
