Our gas furnace and water heater were on their last legs, so we called Kelly's Heating to get a quote. Joe took a look at our current system and air conditioner (that we did not replace), measured, looked at ducts and return air through out the house. His recommendations were sensible and obviously given with the knowledge of years of experience working on people's heating systems. Joe is a knowledgeabel professional giving his careful advice for your heating system - not a salesman trying to sell you. The installation day came and the crew arrived on time, and worked hard to get the job done . All work was top notch, they cleaned up well, and took the time to carefully explain the new systems - how to best operate and maintain them. and answer all my questions. Thanks for a job well done.

We did alot of landscaping with stone work in the late fall of 2010. The windows and screens were extrememly dirty, but freezing temperatures meant we had to wait til spring '11 to clean up. We also missed the fall evestrough cleaning. Normally I clean the windows, but there are so many in our 3,000 sq ft house and they were so dirty, I decided to hire window cleaners and get the eaves cleaned at the same time. I contacted two companies and decided on Precision Window Cleaning. We got a very quick quote and all my questions were answered by Brandon in a polite, business like manner. FIrst appointment day we were rained out. Quickly rescheduled and Brandon and crew arrived on time. I had requested just outside window cleaning, but that morning asked if this could be changed to inside and screens as well - Pleasantly, Brandon agreed, even though I had a time deadline, as I had to leave the house in the afternoon. No problem - they started inside and got the job done on time! The windows have never been cleaner, and I doubt I will ever do them myself again! Eves and downspouts were cleaned and clogs in the downspouts were removed by carefully taking apart the downspout and putting back together. Brandon stuck to his quotes; no adding for this and that while on the job site - I've had that happen before on eves work. Thanks Brandon!

We bought an old, seasonal, somewhat rundown cottage and spent a summer there before deciding to build a 4 season cottage, with more space. We had a design drawn up and approached three contractors for quotes. Kevin's quote was competitive and we liked his straight forward, honest approach, so hired him. He was great! Tore the old place down in September, and the new place was far enough along that we were able to go up there at Christmas. All work was of high quality and we didn't have to ask that anything be changed or redone - and we were at a distance, only checking once a month or so to see the progress. All work was done to the specification and the one change from the plans that we did, was at Kevin's suggestion, and the suggestion worked out much better than the original plan would have. We have renovated and added on to three houses and we have never had things go so smoothly. We were very impressed. Kevin's work has stood the test of time and we will have him quote on some renovations we are doing to our city home.
