Just want to extend our thanks to Mathew and 416-So-Clean for the terrific work they did on our basement carpet, stairs and sofa. The basement carpet had stains that we quite frankly accepted as permanent but were blown away when Mathew brought us down for a look. Like new! Sofa came out great as well. The price was reasonable and Mathew was on time, friendly and very thorough. He explained the process in detail which was greatly appreciated as we have pets and wanted to ensure they would be safe. I would highly recommend 416-So-Clean and no doubt will call them back in the future.

Mario and his crew at MMT represent everything you could hope for in a contractor. His quotation was the most competitive, which helps but what also impressed us was his detailed explanation of the entire process and willingness to answer all our questions. He kept us informed from start to finish and completed the project right on time. His crew worked very hard and were meticulous in cleaning up the job site before they left. I would not hesitate to recommend MMT to anyone needing their basement waterproofed. A very professional company that gets it!

A few weeks ago we asked Glen to build us a large over-head storage area in our garage. This was our first experience with his company and couldn't be happier with the final product. Glen's attention to detail and commitment to do the job right was very impressive. He showed up right on time, helped us aquire the materials and by the end of the day had built a strong, well designed storage area that suits our needs perfectly. We will not hesistate to bring Glen back on future projects at our house.
