Called on Friday afternoon. Very pleasant and helpful person booked appointment for the next day between 9 am and 11 am. Truck called 20 minutes before arrival. Truck arrived at 8:30 am - early!! Which was very good. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly team (Michael and Tyler) gave a fair estimate and then proceeded to load the trash. By 8:50 am, all was completed. Called in afternoon as had not received paid invoice by email. Alexandre was superb in sending the email and explaining there were some system issues today. Terrific service all around!! I would definitely use them again...and again. I have used them twice in the last five years with a similar excellent experience.

My son & his partner bought 9 year old town home. Wanted to move Washer & sink from kitchen area to basement. Also, water service to frig was never installed + some minor plumbing issues. I suggested Black Forest plumbing due to an earlier experience. Matt arrived on time and did the sundry jobs, scheduling full day next week for washer, etc. Very reasonable prices. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, does excellent work and very personable.

With the July 29th deadline for the free upgrade to Windows 10 fast approaching, I finally decided to upgrade our 2 desktop and 2 laptop computers, all of which I use in my business. I can't afford to be without a computer for more than a couple of days, and I know enough about this stuff to make informed decisions. I searched on Google to find a reputable and reasonably-priced technician in my area (as my experience is that the big box stores are expensive and not always very knowledgeable. I found Joseph at Fujitech Technologies Inc. - an independent business - with an almost perfect score on Homestars with over 175 ratings. In addition, his store was on the way to Finch subway at Steeles & Yonge, so I decided to give him a try. This was the BEST decision. Joseph is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. He offered several options in upgrading each of my computers. He explained everything in detail and completed the work before the promised date. This included transferring the data and reinstalling some of the programs, as well as upgrading the memory and disk drives (to SSD), where it made sense. All 4 computers are now lightening-fast. With Windows 10, the resolution on one of my monitors was just too small and fuzzy. I called Joseph to ask his advice and he just said, "Bring it in and I will show you how to fix the issue or I can walk you through the steps over the phone." I decided to bring it in, and within ten minutes, Joseph had explained the issues and showed me how to fix it, and then went ahead and fixed it. No charge! Next, I'm going to have Joseph upgrade my wife's laptop to Windows 10 and also have him review and upgrade my daughter's MacBook.
