We had a gas tankless hot water heater installed in May by Vedder Residential. The service was exceptional right from the beginning. The representative came to do the quote in the evening after a long day of work, then the quote was done on the spot with a complete explanation of what needed to be done followed up by a written quote emailed to us. The work was completed in a timely manner. All the necessary paperwork for the rebate was delivered to us a few days later with as much of the forms completed as the installer could do. A few weeks later we contacted Vedder Residential via email with a concern we had, they responded immediately and came over promptly to come up with a solution. We will recommend and use Vedder residential without any hesitation in the future. They were professional, knowledgeable, polite, reliable & efficient. Our first hydro bill after replacing our old electric hot water heater dropped over $30 for the month!
