On the evening of November 14th, our furnace suddenly stopped working. The next day, I asked friends/family for referrals. A good acquaintance highly recommended Furnace King after having his furnace replaced through them & put me in touch with Sandip. Sandip contacted me right away & scheduled for a service call the next morning to diagnose the issue. Claudio, one of their senior technicians, arrived punctually & diagnosed the issue (my vent motor had burned out). He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Sandip followed up promptly & discussed repair vs replacement options. He took the time to answer all of our questions (as a trained engineer, he’s very knowledgeable). After weighing the pros & cons, we decided to have the unit replaced. The work was scheduled immediately & Sandip kept in constant communication with me to ensure that the process proceeded seamlessly. When you read the other reviews & the responses by Anthony (who I believe is one of the owners) mentions being only “one phone call away”…this is no exaggeration! Sandip was very generous with his time & made himself available day/night to address any questions or inquiries that I had. The installation was performed by Brian & Konrad. Both were punctual, professional, and courteous. They worked great together as a team and took the time to answer all of my questions, as well as accommodate any special requests (e.g. additional sealant around the PVC piping, checking the functionality of my humidifier, etc). Sandip, Brian, and Konrad: if you’re reading this, thank you again for everything.

I hired JSN Appliance Repair to fix my parents’ dryer that wouldn’t stay on when the knob was released. I left a message when I initially called and Sam returned my call promptly. He advised me on his availability and we scheduled a date for him to come by. On the day of, Sam called me 30 min in advance to confirm his arrival. He was very professional (e.g. wore shoe covers upon entering the house) and pleasant to deal with. He diagnosed the issue and advised us that a new switch would have to be ordered. He followed up promptly once it had arrived and came back to finish the job. Overall, he was very thorough and never rushed anything. We were quite pleased with the process, start to finish. I would happily hire Sam again in the future.
