BEST PRICE,COURTEOUS SERVICE! Replaced an existing unit in our stairwell in our story and a half home. Two men took 5-6 hours to install the unit. Cleaned up after, very courteous. Best price after I had several quotes, he was $700 dollars cheaper, for Mr Slim Mitsubishi 1 Ton unit. Small independent, so he can keep prices down. Excellent service. Arrived on time. Accomodated our needs as we waited for other late contractors. Inventive to create a 20 foot long alluminum box down the side of our house to hide the unsightly second floor air conditioning wires and pipes. Reasonable pricing, I shopped around a lot before hiring them, glad I did! The work they did looks great!

Elton and his employees were neat and thoughtful. They refinish our 1950's home and made it look new. Surface repairs were done and updated moldings installed. Lots of effort to consult with us to get it just right. They cleaned up every night and started early the next morning. They coordinated well with other contractors and were flexible with timing when needed.
The installation team was ontime and professional. Our floors and stairs were covered and they cleaned up. Concerns about the foam insulation extruding through the calking were explained and a date was set to recalk and solve the problem right away. The owner of the company had been on site to check the instalation and dealt with any concerns we had. Large showroom helped us to understand what we were buying. Sales staff made suggestions about how to keep costs down. The installation was three weeks later than I hoped as the jobs had piled up, this was my only issue.
