I decided to got tankless after my reliance contract finished. I received a removal number from Reliance for the tank removal. My tank was removed by the company installing the tankless. They have been trying to return my tank for 2 weeks as Reliance will not accept it. I have called and my account has remained open since they have not received my tank that they will not accept. I have called Reliance multiple times and they will assist me. I'm currently on hold with the a Reliance customer care rep and have been on hold for over 20 minutes. They refuse to assist. As their website says "We are here for you." Unfortunately they will not assist me. Stay far away from this company!

Tankless Water Heater Installation
Rodman's came and gave us a fair quote and the tech guy spent a good amount of time making sure his measurements were correct. After some initial calls regarding local cods they sent me the estimate and I was very pleased. I called several times for clarity regarding my own questions and was always treated professionally and thankful for their customer service. Installation is end of the week and will let you know how that goes. Update: installation was seamless and they did a great job from start to finish. A small glitch happened 3 days later and they quickly came and addressed the problem. Highly recommend Rodman's.
We have the home care maintenance service that gives us two furnace checkups and one A/C check up in the spring. Customer service on the phone and when they maintenance person arrives is always cordial, professional, and concerned for us as their customer. We have used Enercare (formerly Direct Energy) for 14 years and we would highly recommend them.

Ben at Plumbing Solutions was very helpful from the first phone call and very helpful throughout the entire process. He was professional in his assessment and projected cost of our project. He did the job with his apprentice and they both wore protective boots over their work boots which my wife loved! They were done on time and on budget.
