I am a repeat customer of Window Experts. They replaced all of my windows & patio doors in December 2021. They recently replaced my front entry doors. Igor, our sales representative, is very personable & knowledgeable of the windows & doors industry. His recommendations to design my front entry doors was invaluable. A special thank you to Zack & the installation crew for the amazing & precise front doors installation job completed. Their work is both efficient & of higher quality. Igor & installers live up to the company's name: they truly are "experts" in the Windows & Doors industry. It is evident they strive for customer satisfaction. Initially it was challenging for me to find an exterior painter to paint the 3 levels of frieze boards of my home's exterior. The painting quotes I received were either absurdly high or they refused the work due to height accessibility. We recently used Dodds to replace our garage door & our package included full replacements of garage door opener, hardware, & aluminum capping of the frame. We were instantly impressed by Dodds' knowledge of the garage door industry based on their products & packages they sell. This was evident in our initial consultation meeting with Dodds' sales representative Mike B. who was extremely helpful for product selection & further reinforced by our installer, Zaza who did an amazing & precise job during installation. The administrative staff is also pleasant to deal with & has been responsive to our inquiries in a timely manner. Dodds offers a great warranty on their garage door packages & it is clear they strive for customer satisfaction. Last year a friend in my neighbourhood replaced his windows using Window Experts. Zack along with his installation crew quickly & precisely installed our windows over 2 days. Zack & his crew tarped our indoor flooring & tidied up including outdoor clean up. The installation crew was courteous at all times. A few days following installation, the blinds company came over to take measurements & was really impressed with Window Experts' work & complimented the accuracy of the installation. They truly live up to their company name "Window Experts"! They really are masters in the field of windows & doors sales & installation. Igor & staff take immense pride in their work. We were searching for a landscaping company to do some interlocking restoration work for us & we were at a loss of who to call. I contacted Unilock, the manufacturer of our paving stones, to be connected with an authorized contractor & I was referred to Action Home Services. Our restoration work consisted of: repairing sinking steps, re-leveling some uneven areas, power washing, re-grouting & sealing. Dmitriy, a project manager for Action Home Services, was assigned to our project & was responsible for quoting our job & overseeing our project from start to finish. Dmitriy's expertise of hardscaping was displayed in his ability to quickly & thoroughly answer all of our questions & to explain repair processes & options. From early on, I was impressed by his professional demeanor & strong communication skills; I had a strong inkling that dealing with Action Home Services would be a hassle-free process. We also found it to be a more personalized & reassuring experience that a project manager would be assigned to communicate with us throughout the entire process & would be on-site at various stages of job completion. We were frustrated with our efforts to obtain quotes from other landscaping companies: some met with us & never provided the quote; while another company clearly lacked transparency seen by broken communication as early as the estimation process. Even though our job was a smaller scale project, Action Home Services' staff made us feel that it was an important & worthwhile project. This alone separated them from their competitors! Dmitriy's meticulous work ethic is invaluable, evidenced by his timely task completion & quick response time. We are very satisfied with the quality of their landscaping work; the price was competitive; project was completed on time & within budget. We called Kingdom Roofing for a quote after seeing their sign on our neighbour's lawn. We obtained several quotes, and decided on Kindom Roofing as Elkin, the owner, was professional, reasonably priced gave good suggestions for improving airflow by installing solar attic venting. We also appreciated that Elkin took the time to explain all shingle products installation process and to answer all of our questions. Elkin was punctual during all stages of roofing process from obtaining a quote to giving an estimate on when he would schedule our roofing work. On the day of roofing work, Elkin his crew of 5 workers arrived on time and did a proper set up (covered property with adequate tarps). They worked very hard and finished mid-afternoon. They cleaned up the work site very well. We are impressed on the quality of their work. Once complete, Elkin emailed us pictures showing all installation stages - ie. before, work in progress, and after. We are very pleased with our experience using Kingdom Roofing. Elkin and his work crew are professional, friendly easy to work with. Without hesitation, we will recommend Kingdom Roofing to family friends.
