After getting a few quotes and meeting with some companies, I decided to have Gecko build a 20x22 garage on a rental property in Calgary. I was not disappointed as owner Derrick was great to work with right from the quote stage through to completion. His communication was really excellent, as the tenant and I were both kept up to date on the process. As the weather was cooperative, the concrete pour date was moved up and project completion, including City inspections, took place within 4-1/2 weeks. This was 3 weeks ahead of the contracted date. I would not hesitate to recommend Derrick and Gecko Projects if you are in need of a garage AND you want peace of mind!
