Clifford came to our home in Niagara Falls Ontario and conducted a very thorough home inspection in order for us to submit our 1 year warranty report to Tarion. We were very impressed by the technology used to measure all the potential deficiencies within the home! He did a fantastic job and I feel great knowing we captured everything we needed to submit and have peace of mind that our home is in great shape 1 year post construction. I would reccommend Cover Your Assets to anyone who is purchasing a home or has purchased a new build!
