Given all the great reviews and reasonable price I decided to use Dryshield to repair an overdue crack in my basement foundation. Thanks to Jonathan and Chris for coming to my rescue! I was very impressed that they were able to schedule me in at the last minute and on a long weekend! I had no problems getting them to come back the following week as the crack was longer than anticipated at no additional cost. Thanks again guys!

After signing a conditional offer upon a home inspection we had to rush to get this done quickly. I went through the OAHI list of certified home inspectors, made a few calls and then came across HomeStars website. I could not believe all the positive 10+ ratings Brent Jeffreys has received and decided to give him a call before making my choice. I immediately felt confident enough in Brent’s abilities that we arranged for him to meet the very next day. Brent took his time pointing out his findings in detail as well as educating me along the way. Thanks to Brent he was able to identify an issue with the furnace that required immediate service by the seller. He took the time to explain the issue to the sellers in a very professional manner in order for them to address it prior to the closing date. Had it not been for Brent this could have been a very costly outcome. At the end I got a handy binder with notes that were made by Brent along the way and over 100 pictures both inside and out emailed to me that very same night. I’m so glad we insisted on a home inspection with our offer! Thanks again Brent, I definitely refer and keep you in mind again.

Thank you sooo much for the kind words and review Rob! It was great meeting with you too! You know, I look at all these 10+ ratings and say to myself, "but is this good enough"? It's not that I am not happy with all of them, (words cannot even describe it!), but I think, "how can I improve myself?" ... I just keep trying! Yes, that was good that the homeowner is willing to listen to what I told you about the furnace problem, and are going to get it fixed. Do you how many homeowners get all hot and bothered when I am asked to point something out to them? They flip out, cause a big commotion, and tell me to get out. It's as if they knew about it and were trying to hide it or something. I could not be any gentler and educate them about what I see. Nope, they do not want to hear it. Rob, I think after that inspection, you should be quite happy with your new home! Thanks again and thank you for choosing Classic Home Inspections!!!
