I had roach issues and decided to make an appointment with North star pest. Shakeel set up an appointment and came by. Unfortunately, I didn't prepare the place properly. Shakeel offered to set up another date after I moved and prepared the place. He arrived on time, explained the process and handled the situation professionally. Shakeel said that to give him a call should we have anymore roaches. Since it was a bad infestation, we saw some stragglers and decided to give Shakeel a call. Without hesitation, Shakeel set up an appointment and came on time and gave another thorough spraying no questions asked. Sorry about the delay in posting this review. Hired Damian again from Duct Cleaning Depot on October 8, 2020 for the second around to do duct Cleaning of the entire house. As usual, Damian arrive on time and did a thorough, professional job. Highly recommend Damian if you require your ducts to be cleaned. Take care and see you in another 5 years. CCSL

Jim came on time. Blew the leaves from the gutters and adjusted the eavestrough on one side of the house. Patched the chimney with cement. All done within the hour.

Damian & assistant arrived on time. Did a thorough duct cleaning of the entire house. cleaned all the ducts and also made 2 new openings in the return adjacent to the basement where the previous company missed. Damian showed us the before & after pictures where he opened the spot. You can clearly see the build-up dirt, dust from the years untouched. He also suggested to change the 4" plastic exhaust vent to aluminium one to avoid fire hazzard. Already recommended to my son in Scarborough. Definitely worth it. Stay young and see you in 5 years without walking stick. CCSL
