After much research & shopping around I found Factory Hot Tubs. Zana and his team were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing was also very competitive, especially after seeing what their competitors charge for similar products. We've referred one family friend to Factory Hot Tubs and would do the same for anyone else looking for a backyard spa. 10 our of 10!!!

Brandon made a large many errors during installation. First he measured the bay window incorrectly which required a 2nd & 3rd site measure. He used clear silicone caulking around the window, not white which let the light in around the frame. Lastly, he blocked the window locking mechanism with the shutter frame. Our windows now do not unlock or open. We've placed multiple phone calls and left numerous voice mails, only to be completely ignored. He did however answer the phone once and pretended to be an Indian gentleman named Rupinder to quickly get off the telephone. Brandon is completely incompetent & certainly does not live up to his satisfaction & service guarantee. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a QUALITY product.
