We used Cale and his company to do some upgrades for a rental property we have in Parkdale. They did everything - installed a new countertop, floor and backsplash in the kitchen, fixed some water issues in the bathroom shower stall, fixed the crumbling stairs at the front entrance outside and hauled away all the junk left by the prior tenant in the basement. We found Cale extremely approachable and professional. He gave us some good suggestions of materials etc to consider since this is a rental property. We were very pleased with the final results and the new tenants were very happy as well. We have also used Cale at our house for a small project and will definitely call him when we have another project at either property. I think the thing we liked most about Cale is he doesn't leave you in the dark as to the status of your project. He actually communicates with his customer. Very refreshing.
