Paid Jamie to install a new pool in my backyard. He was difficult to get a hold of, but I figured that was just because he was busy. We worked out what we wanted, and once he got our deposit, he was nearly impossible to get a hold of. When construction started, he and his team were fine to work with and I was quite happy. He wrapped up construction and installed the liner, filled it, and closed it in the same afternoon. We were happy but we needed to wait until spring to finish some plumbing and open the pool. When spring arrived, he never returned my calls, texts, emails - abandoning the job. When we took the winter cover off, there was a two foot wrinkle in the liner that he obviously knew about and took off. Now, I’m having to deal with lawyers about a lawsuit and he still won’t return calls or do the right thing. Avoid this company at all costs. Such a shame because I thought Jamie was a better person than he’s turned out to be.

Another shout out to Ash and his team for another satisfied customer. He's delightfully honest, straightforward, and will tell you what you need and where you'll get good value. Absolutely no sales pitch - he understands what you want, and he gets you to the right decision. Replaced my 16 year old furnace with a Lennox Merit, Carrier AC and Aprilaire 600 humidifier - now the house is much much more comfortable, and the install was very clean. The crew was courteous and did really nice work. Could not recommend enough - if you need a new furnace/AC, this is the guy. I will be sending all my friends and family to Ash from now on.
