Bill was a consummate professional who showed up on a Sunday within an hour or two of being called. He attempted to repair the old AC and took the time to explain what the issues were and the options to fix it. Bill and his colleagues installed the unit efficiently and even fixed some issues they saw with the furnace, free of charge. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone, I was very impressed with his work.
