The response by the service reception was immediate and their follow through exception. Ryan, the mechanical technician, was very thorough in explaining the importance of continuing flushing the tankless water heater system on a regular basis in order to maintain the optimum performance and longevity of the unit.
It was a pleasure to meet Magnus. He was friendly and calm as he was performing the installation. We worked efficiently even though he ran into a few snags because of the only viable location to install the unit. It was a challenging installation but Mags made it work with a smile.
