Great experience. Dmitry was quick to get back to me and earned my trust right away with his knowledge and expertise. The install was on time and a very smooth process. William and his crew did a great job. He was courteous, professional and fair. Admittedly I was delayed with sourcing material and confirming timing for the job. William was patient throughout the entire process and offered helpful suggestions to get me where I needed to be. Be sure to contact William if you are considering any type of flooring jobs.
