When our boiler stopped working, the Grizzly team first tried to fix it, then spent considerable and unhurried time explaining our options. After we decided on a new boiler they organized and completed the installation quickly and professionally. They are pleasant and focused in their work - no fuss, no mess, careful and considerate. Didn't know this company until I noticed their sign on 3 different houses on my street. Started to watch their work, and their crews, and was really impressed. Dave, the owner of the company, showed up on the job site each day, and worked with his crew. And I thought their work was really fine. Talked to people who had used this company to rave reviews. Dave came and gave us a fair and detailed quote, along with good advice, and thoughtful suggestions. New patio and restored gardens were completed yesterday, and we are extremely pleased. Highly recommend this company.

As always, Steve Brannan arrived on time, prepared and able to fix the problem. Knows what he's doing and gives good advice. He's repaired items for me for over 25 years. No one is better.

This memo is to praise your service department. Today we smelled gas down near our boiler. I called Troy, and he had someone out to check it within 2 hours. This technician saw the problem and turned off the gas outside. Got on the phone and tracked down the part we needed. Another technician came and installed it, and just left our house, at almost 9 pm. Each man was unfailingly courteous and professional. Thanks to all concerned - Troy and the others (Sorry I don’t know their names). It is a comfort to know that your team are there, ready to solve any problems expeditiously and effectively.
