i moved in this new condo and on dec 12 my washer from Whirlpool broke down, the macine was checked by service technician from Transglobal on nov 15th who told me that the parts need to be ordered (Work order number 2241106). Today is dec 9th and they promised me the parts would arrive on dec 6th. I called them every day from dec 6th and they don't even know when will it arrive. They promised me that if we do not receive parts they will replace my machine with a new one. Well, that was not true. I am now calling Whirlpool now to see if they can fix the issue with their unethical service provider. I think both Whirlpool and their warranty service providers are not honest because they do not honor their warranty. My advice as a customer? Don't buy their product. First they are not good quality since my machine broke down in first 3 months and second their service provider is very UNETHICAL and will make you wait for the parts for ever. Both of these companies are involved with unethical practices with respect to their warranty and I am thinking of taking them to court. Both companies are dishonest.
