We just had a home we are thinking of buying inspected by Marco. He was, above all, very thorough. We have been through home inspections before with another inspector, and were quite satisfied but Marco was even better. He was punctual, very patient with my multiple questions, and professional. As other reviewers have said, we learned so much about the house and how to maintain it. If you get Marco to inspect a home for you, make sure you are in attendance; you will learn so much about maintenance in general, many details about the house being inspected, and even how best to address issues and approximate prices of the fixes.
